About Herbalife:
I decided to start my own career and lose weight, as well. I have joined Herbalife. They have plans to help you lose weight fast, faster, and fastest. In my first month, I lost 30 inches (overall) and 15 pounds. I have then discovered food again, and determined to start the program again. I am doing a challenge for all those willing to participate. Lose 10 pounds in 10 days. I can't do it alone, so I am taking my Herbalife products. I am eating a protein shake for breakfast and for lunch, and a sensible dinner, and drinking 80oz of water as well as taking some tablets that help increase the metabolism. I did it once before, so I know I can do it again.

Check out the shop Herbalife in the side bar for all their products.  I currently have a boatload of kits in my laundry room so I can get them to you lickety split.

I'll be starting Weigh-in Wednesdays to track progress.  And Measurement Mondays for folks like my friend who might be more interested in inches than pounds :) This is exciting, can't wait til my pants are falling off, haha!

Introducing me :)

Hi, my name is Kari. I am 30 years old with a 9 month old baby boy.  As most moms can attest, losing baby weight can be quite the challenge.  I know that I love food way too much to go on any diet. I don't like counting calories or trying to figure out how much exercise I need to do in order to burn the calories I just took in from my huge meal.

Five years ago, I had lost a lot of weight, and I was able to keep it off, thanks to my busy schedule and working  Retail. Now that I have a sit down job and a baby, I have found that I have 30 pounds I want to get off. Knowing that I will never be a size 6 again, unless I starve myself or go on Survivor, I am determined to at least fit into my summer clothes. I was a size 16 and now am between a 10-12.

Looking forward to kicking off the challenge and hearing more about your successes!
